One of the new tax obligations for 2023<\/mark> is related to the obligation to report the non-existence of invoices<\/mark> issued in a month. These taxpayers now have to communicate in the E-Fatura the inexistence of invoicing.<\/p>\n\n

All companies with activities must, every month, by the 8th day of the following month (even if the automatic communication via webservice is configured), report the non-existence of invoicing in the E-Fatura<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n

The Tax Authority has made available the new field for this purpose in the E-Fatura.<\/p>\n\n

The following are the steps to follow for submitting a non-invoicing communication.<\/p>\n\n

1 – Access the e-fatura portal;<\/p>\n\n

2 – Select ‘Faturas’, then ‘Sr. Emitente’;<\/p>\n\n

3 – Authenticate yourself;<\/p>\n\n

4 – Click on ‘Communicate’ in the new section ‘Monthly communication for lack of invoicing’.<\/p>\n\n
